My Little Dreidle

My little dreidle whirls all around,
Whenever it spins, I’m spellbound.
I just can’t wait to see where it lands.
‘Cause if I win, it's always so grand.

Nun means nothing, which isn’t real great.
Hey means half of all the goodies on the plate.
Shin means the player adds a chocolate coin of gelt,
And Gimel means eat them quick before they melt.

My little dreidle is twirling all around.
Now that it’s spinning, I’m all spellbound.
A miracle happened here is what the words all say,
But I think it’s such fun when I get to play.
