Four little kitties on a spree,
Decided to check out a tree. The glitter balls were bright and round, Of course on them they had to bound. The first one bapped with great delight And watched a shiny ball flash light. The second one saw more high up. And wondered just how far to jump. The third one saw a sparkly star, Hung out of reach, well....not THAT far. The fourth little kitty saw it too, And with one quick look knew what to do! And that is why that Christmas night, A huge loud crash did cause a fright, The humans came from all around, And found the answer for that sound. It wasn't Santa made that noise, Arriving with his bag of toys, No, a Christmas tree now laid quite flat, As upon four kitties it did splat.
