I woke up this morning.
Watched the sun rise Orange pink through my cold breath, Framed by bare oak limbs, Illuminating a snow capped mountain. Watched a flock of magpie Fly squawking overhead, Secure in their being. Listened to the lesson, Left behind in the silence of their wake. Not sure what this day will bring, Only know it started out well; Mother Nature offered her greeting, Reminded me to reflect on the fact that... I woke up this morning.
