Playing on the radio,
Bringing back the memories
Of so very long ago

Days of love and romance,
Nights of heavenly delight;
A red Valentine you gave me
With a kiss that seemed so right.

Blush of pink and lips so tender,
Love a blossom doomed to die;
It was just a love song,
That ended with a sad goodbye.
