Music of Love

The music begins,
A slow, sensual
rhythm.
Glowing candlelight
casts its spell of
magic and promise.
Feeling your closeness,
you take me into
strong arms.
Our bodies sway
in tune with
one another.
Tender kisses
send shivers
through my being.
Touching, caressing.
Beating hearts
quicken.
The tempo gains
new urgency,
working towards
a crescendo.
Love's sweet tune
softens;
a lover's sigh.
