Without You

I found your jammies today,
in your old room still like new.
I could smell your sweet bouquet.
Living without you.

Can’t tuck you in late at night,
hold you close like I used to.
Do not fear. Walk to the light.
Crying without you

Do the children go to play,
where earth meets the sky so blue?
Why does God take them away?
I'm here without you.
