Doubt cakes my tongue
I fly On vapor wings of dream Fearing the emptiness ahead More than any angel warning Desert drags us far away From all that once felt sure Safety only Words of dream Waking midnight mind- Fools quest? Shielding the crying ones From scorching sun I ask- Can the tyrant burn like this?
