We must put off until tomorrow,
What we know needs done today. We can't do too much pre-planning, For that takes the fun away! To be a really good one, Takes diligence and smarts. To explain why something isn't done, Can truly be an art. Our friends will gape in wonder, And often shake their heads. While they work their little tails off... We're resting up in bed! Don't apologize for being one, Our lives are full of charm. So what if things just don't get done? We're happy, where's the harm? The garbage might accumulate, Our payments made too late. So what there's laundry everywhere, We've more time to create! So in the end, do not defend, Be proud of what's not done. Explain that doing things last minute, Is just simply much more fun!
