A LITTLE ROMANCE A classic case of spring fever Has me looking for romance again; Pretending to be a spring chicken, In good shape for the shape that I'm in. I've slimmed down a bit and I'm trying To get my old classic car on the road; Somewhere out there is a fellow who'll care And want to share my humble abode! I will know true love when I see it, Just pretending won't get them far! I'm a picky old bird, so I've heard But he doesn't have to look like a star! It is romance that I am seeking; A gentleman with a good bit of pride, Who'll open the doors, one who floors Me with flowers, and makes me his bride. Countrymom 4/5/04
