One Girl

Trance

My mind seems to wonder,
everyday since we met.
“Is this the girl,
God’s promise kept?

Will this be the one,
in which there’s no pain?
Where the relationship last,
and it’s not a game.”

I seek the wisdom,
to know what to do.
But should I even wander?
What about you?

Do you think about me,
as I think of you?
Do your thoughts’s seem restless,
dazed and confused?

To seem to be tormented,
by the mere words.
“They do not feel the same
your thoughts are absurd.”

Do you miss me,
as I seem to miss you?
Or does “just friends”,
seem okay too?

I hope to not force,
you into a place.
Where your heart is troubled,
your fears you can’t face.
I’ll continue to test,
the waters of our chance.
I hope they don’t turn cold
as I lay in a trance......

Hope

Days go by fast,
I see more and more.
The troubles you face.
You don’t need any more.

I hope I can help,
in this dire time.
Maybe one day,
it’ll turn out all fine.......

From afar

Now I know that you don’t,
feel the same that I do.
Your past you still grasp,
he use’s you.

I won’t try to change you,
or test your heart.
I know you don’t feel,
that with him, you can part.

I regret my own words,
foolishly said.
“Much to early”
Runs through my head.

I’ll stay in the void,
and watch from afar.
I’m here if you wish,
in my life, to take part
