This is About You

When you come near
I swallow hard
Tongue scratching
As I swallow
The razorblades
That let me out from the inside

I say nothing
My head throbs with thunder
And buzzes with lightning
Rendering me unmoveable
As you say nothing

My lips part
Then lock again
To keep the acidic comments
Deep inside
The cavernous hole in my body

You step away from me,
Becoming lost in the rush
As I close my eyes
And let the sting of
Salty tears cover my face
