"Should've Stayed in Bed" I put off getting out of bed But it didn't help a bit. Despite some mediocre efforts My attitude is in the pits. Everything is broken Or severely out of place. I've lost my karmic space. Can't get control of home base. For puposeful stress reduction I bought a pool to put in the yard. The dog ate up the plastic sides When I let off my guard. Now there's no water to float. No more splashing in the wet cool. Air mattress has been chewed up, My dog's a mouthy canine fool. Run to the store for a minute, Painting cans left close to the door. I return to find she's painted White paws all over the floor. The black German Shepherd, With the satin enamel feet, Is keeping my attitude jaded, But she's also lovingly sweet.
