Ever since you left, they are all I see
Millions and millions of them - every one haunting me For some reason, I know you are to blame 'Cause just as soon as you left is when they all came Your spectral chanting no doubt has led them here Demonic armies on the move, and I begin to fear I'll be caught at night all alone, and then I'll only discover that I'm not asleep again I can feel them approach As I fall in too deep Swarming and invading me As I fall asleep Angry demons all around Vengeful sounds Coming from the tips of their bloody mouths Monsters with huge appetites For a bite Their dripping teeth will gladly wait all night Glooming tales are told of how you were saved that day And of the ultimate unholy price that you now must pay Tell me, was it worth it? What all do you have left? Wait in the shadows for the day they call you on your debt So did you obtain your hell-sent goal Worthy of the cost of your eternal soul? And what of the love we had so long ago? Now twisted and corrupt, but for what I don't know I can feel them approach As I fall in too deep Swarming and invading me As I fall asleep Creatures born of all man's sins Now awaken More and more you create to hunt me down again The Man himself, garbed in red Fills with dread His victims, ne'er relinquishing, until they're dead The lines between the gates of hell and reality's door Really only seem a blur to you anymore Your bone-chill touch was once your warm, inviting hand Deep urges lie within you now, satisfiable by no mortal man What possible reason could you have for being this way? Come on, girl! Speak up and defend yourself! What have you got to say?! They no longer have hold over me, but discover Much to my dismay, I'm not asleep anymore Evil at my back, demons at my door Wake up sweaty and screaming just to find I'm not dreaming anymore
