When the Child Becomes the Parental Unit
Rated: 13+ | Non-fiction | Experience | #860574
As my mother ages, I seem to feel the adult responsibility falling on my shoulders.
Notes and essays on becoming the one who needs to make responsible decisions for the mother, and the daughter.

It's not always easy, because parents can't always tell what's best for them. I am a Baby Boomer, born in 1954. The challenges and fears I face are those of my generation.

Here I share accounts, and feelings, about being a sole child, responsible for the well being, and dealing with the obstinance of my 82 year old mother.
