Me You And This Silence
Waited for this moment so long it's finally come Tonight I hold you close- close to my heart beat to beat thought to thought No silly words to dampen this essence just me, you and this silence We sit by each other hand in hand head on shoulder watching those stars twinkle dreaming of hopes, of life eyes speaking, hearts listening lips shut, we share this trance me, you and this melodious silence. Still you pretend that you didn't hear I that I didn't say heart aching, dreams crumbling I am screaming within but you are walking away. You turn back to give that last smile my lips fake one too - to say a final goodbye but I'm waiting here still longing for your presence- me, my bleeding love and this heartbreaking silence.
