One day
our children will be taught
of a man that we fought
and killed
Destroyed
made void by troops deployed
by the country you hate
and tried to decapitate
And they will laugh
at your ignorance
and ask
Did he think
Did you think
you could stop us
Did you think
the lives you stole
only startled the whole
though to Allah you prayed
we would all stay afraid
but though you broke our stride
you increased our pride
Did you think
you could hurt us
Did you think
God favors the righteous
if you believed this you might just
have saved your own life
now you're under the knife
or the gun
what's the difference when the day is done
you'll be dead, we'll be here
with little left to fear
and your graveyard will be
just a pile of debris
like the buildings you shook
and the lives that you took
and you ponder where your
savior is now
Did you think
you could kill us
Did you think
or was your turban too tight
you momentarily lost sight
of the height
of our might
and our passion to fight
so explain to us your thinking
were you drinking
time is shrinking
the life you chose to lead
is about to make you bleed
shrieking bombs will fill your ears
like our eyes welled with tears
as you wonder where your
savior is now
