CHIVALRY
** #883711 Not An Image **
Chivalry is not dead at all,
no matter what they say -
for on bended knee he offers
her arm back to her this day.

She seems so incompleted
as she looks down at this man,
Should she take the arm back?
What was the sculptor's plan?

With an arm she could hold him
and caress his lips sublime;
but superglue just won't do,
it would fall off again in time.

The moral of this story is
a bit far-fetched, I'd say -
You have to love her as she is
and throw that arm away!
