You’re not anything I’m looking for But you are, and I’ve found out You’re hanging onto something That you know nothing about You can’t claim the things you claim You don’t know me yet Are you sure you’re not lost? You sure I’m your best bet? I’ve been around the block So I know it’s not pretty But you? You’ve been nowhere And love’s such a large city I think maybe for now You should just let me go Explore all you options Before you tell me you know You’ve never known anyone else Other than just me So how do you know That this is meant to be? You’re jumping too deep You’re moving too fast For what it’s all worth, Do you think it will last? It’s not that I don’t love you I do with all my heart and soul But I want you to know what’s out there Before you go tell the rest no Do you realize what you’re in here? Do you mean what you say? Are you sure you know what love is Since it’s never really come your way? I think we should stop now So you can catch up So you can see the rest of the world Before you just get stuck Because there’s so much to life And there’s a lot to learn baby You should gain new experiences And maybe, just maybe… Fate decided it right And we are meant to be But for now we’ll let go To see what we can see
