'Cause I Was Sick
Today I stayed home ‘cause I was sick It was for real and not a trick My face had funny little spots That looked like red polka dots They itched a lot and felt real bad And I couldn't scratch which made me mad Those little spots were everywhere And in the mirror I just stared I was covered from head to toe A red polka dotted freakazoid show But Momma said they would go away In maybe a week or just a few days So I'll try real hard to be real good And try to keep a happy mood ‘Cause I like staying at my home Just me and Momma all alone
