Runaway

I know you said you'd leave,
but I didn't know you were serious;
one thing went wrong, and suddenly
you were gone like....this!

You left without saying goodbye
and that's what got me pissed!
But I hope you're happy, secure, and safe,
and that you think leaving wasn't a total waste!

And we hope that you'll come back to us,
say hello and never leave again,
but right now, it's goodbye, so long...
until then.
