WORDS
Words are cause of confusion. They create an illusion. Sweet words lead to intense bonds. Bitter ones to drop of bombs. Choose your words before you speak. Else, you might repent and seek To, somehow, your words retrieve, Once they have taken your leave. Pay heed while uttering words. They can truly cut like swords. They can inflict a wound that One cannot ever forget. Try not to speak more and more, Lest you show ignorance your. By speaking one is revealed. Let the beauty remain veiled, Hence, my friend, I thus beseech, Keep your words within your reach. Don’t aimlessly, arrows, throw; Stop them ere they leave the bow. * Written in aabb, 7-7-7-7 format M C Gupta 12 September 2004
