Dark Clown
Just a poem I wrote after waking up from a particularly disturbing dream.

I've gazed long into the abyss,
And felt it staring back.
Thin inky depths laughing,
Mocking.
It screams,
"I have taken it,
I have taken happiness.
Jump in.
Drown in me.
Wash away yourself"
I long to,
To fall weightlessly into the viscosity,
As the swelling continuum howls,
"You are WEAK.
You are PITIFUL.
You are NOTHING!!"
And
I
Fall...
