** #878094 Not An Image **
When you were a tiny kitten, You were so scared of me, So scared of everyone. It was painful to see. Your health was poor as well, That’s why I chose your name; Chance, hoping you’d have one, Prepared for life's strange game. Nowadays, you are a big guy With a tiny gentle purr, Always a curl in your tail And lovely, fluffy, soft fur. Nowadays, you like affection; Ask for it in a high pitched cry. You look to me with such love, You stopped being so shy. That love is certainly returned, And I’m very proud of you. Grown into a wonderful feline That keeps my feet warm too!
