Summer Storm
A poem about the wonder of a storm.

Dark clouds loom overhead
A sudden chill fills the evening air
My hair stands on end
Streaks of bright light
Flash across the gray sky
Brightening it for but a second
Resounding booms fill the air
It repeats even as the rain begins to fall
I am in total awe
Of Nature's own light show.
