Clavitus' Dream*
Atop the instrument of death was perched a crow Where a Man was crucified we all know, But I heard Him speak to me in a dream, I looked, but He was nowhere to be seen. He said,"Don't let your love under a bushel hide, Always think of Me when you're trying to decide." This Man never tried to cause an insurrection. He only tried to point us in the right direction. Yet because of lies the Son of Man died, Why it was so, I don't know I must confide. *Clavitus(5A.D.to 59A.D.) Roman soldier stationed in Jerusalem.
