Jack & Jill
c/o “The Hill”

Dear Jack & Jill,

When we heard of your predicament, the entire kingdom was sympathetic, and our hearts went out to you. We were very sorry to hear of your accident, falling down the hill and everything. To fall and break your crown is really a very sad event, indeed.

However, we must apologize that we are unable to help at the moment. You see, Humpty Dumpty, you know, the guy who is always sitting on the wall? Well, he finally fell down, and he made a complete mess of himself. So, currently we’re trying to put him back together again, and as you can imagine, we’ve got our hands full! Honestly, I don’t know if we’ll ever be able to finish the job.

So, we send our deepest sympathies, and hope you have a speedy and full recovery. We hope to see you soon.

With regards,
All the King’s horses, and all the King’s men
