Often I sit alone at dusk,
Smelling the evening dew become evening musk. Watching the sunset with it's hues of yellow, Leaves me feeling quiet and mellow. I watch the lone dove in it's lazy flight, Looking for it's home to settle down for the night. The incoming clouds send me their warning, That rain will come before the morning. Deep in thought I rest my head upon my hands, And think of all the green velvet wonder in these lands.
