Signposts To A Simple World
Arrow verses pointing the way...

Oh just to have a simple world.
How much easier it would then be
If we could stand, reach out and catch
A sensational bright star, know destiny.
Showing us which way fate is now pointing
A signpost for our blank, sightless eyes.
Let us see the unimaginable wonder
Daily rainbows in cloudless skies.
Such beauty then in the world.

There is certainly a simple way.
Strive harder for a better mankind.
Offer all men some comfort, and touch
The untouchables; change a worried mind.
Know deep in our hearts that we are pointing
In the right direction; then follow the clear
Commandments there, written in stone
We need to accept that God's near.
Know such truth is in the world.

It can easily be a simple world.
If we follow the bright guiding light,
Extend a hand in welcome and catch
Falling star; give away, no reward in sight,
To the people who have nothing; and pointing
The way to a genuinely unconditional love.
Walking the straight, narrow pathways,
Pray for the help of God up above.
Honesty is there in the world.

We can all have that simple world.
Right now, right here, on earth today.
One small act, then accumulative giving
Of support and our precious time is the way.
Humans to a better world soon will be pointing
Out. It's not hard; it comes with no surprise,
If we think of others before ourselves, we
Can have daily rainbows in our skies.
We will all have that simple world
