Chronic Pain Update Template

I've decided to put create this item so I can copy and paste my writingML codes easily as I am submitting this bulletin in the "Invalid Item" .

My symptoms this past week:
tingling sensation on and off in both shoulders, arms, and pinkies, and ring fingers
enormous pain in shoulders and upper back.
burning sensation in right and left elbows.



Doctors, Counselors, etc: None this week

Something Negative: I had three days of horrible pain. Also, depression on and off during the past week.

Something Positive: I spent Thanksgiving with my twin sister!!!!! and her family!!

Journaling Space: If I hadn't been with my twin sister this past week, I'm not sure I would have made it through the three days of horrible pain. Also, I've decided that since I'm in pain all the time anyway, I'm going to try and play tennis against the backboard wall with a sponge ball. I'll keep you posted.

Progress Report: Still struggling to find out what sets off really bad levels of pain, and trying to cope with the depression which hits me on and off.

Goals For Next Week: Begin rewriting my story for the "Invalid Item"  contest. Review five items a day. Play sponge tennis on my lunch break every day this week.
