Love me if possible I'm not good looking, And not at all smart. My left leg's shorter, Eyes are set apart… I'm a first-rate mom, I cook, clean and bake. I can fix the drain, And check a car's brakes. I've read lots of books, Can write a good tale. Verse I write sometimes, Not good yet for sale… I'm quite musical, Alas I can't sing, I play the organ, Kids dance in a ring… My voice is quite loud, Chutzpah is my trade. I'm honest mostly, A spade is a spade! Nothing more to add, I've shown you my hand. Love me if possible, Give me that gold band… © November 2004
