Just like You
About someone I know, maybe we all know her.

A tangled web she weaves,
Alone, she grieves.
Counting mistakes she has bought,
Alone, she's caught.
So she gets high...high...high.
She thinks there are no more dreams.
Alone, she screams.
She gives more than she takes,
Alone, she aches.
So she gets high...high...high.
She's just like you,
Just passing through.
She's just like you.
She wants to runaway,
"Alone" she'll say.
She just wants to relax.
Alone, she cracks.
So she gets high...high...high.
She has a fragile heart.
Alone she's dark.
She only wants to sleep.
Alone, she weeps.
So she gets high...high...high.
She's just like you,
Just passing through.
She's just like you.
