Fear grips my heart~4~

Dare I step through the open door~7~
Dare I see what lies on the other side~8~

I turn to run~9~
A voice deep within calls~10~
Stop - don't run~11~
Go back - says my soul~12~
I can not - I reply~13~
Yes you can~14~

I'm afraid~16~
Of what -asks my soul~17~

Slowly I turned~20~
With hesitation I walk back~21~
I stop before the open door~22~
Beads of sweat appear on my brow~23~
My body begins to quake~24~

I can't - said I ~25~
You can - replies my soul~26~
Take a deep breath~27~
Close your eyes~28~
Step through the open door~29~

I took a deep breath~30~

I stepped through the open door~32~

Warmth, love and beauty~33~
