A Poem A Day Keeps Your Brain Awake
Words come and words go, They don’t always flow From my tired old brain, Least not every day. This challenge I’ve taken My brain to awaken, A poem every day. My brain says “No Way!” “Well that we shall see,” I say to me, “Wake up lazy brain, It’s really no strain.” Each day a new poem To my brain will come, A poem I will write, At least I will try.
