Most of the day I stare, Resting my eyes upon her. As she smiles I look away, Embarrassed by my gawking. But when she doesn't notice, My eyes are on her again. Camouflage cannot hide desire. I bear witness to another smile. Vainly my mouth quivers, Dried lips split and cracked. Licking them wet and moist, Foolishly attempting to speak. Still; no words come forth, No matter the effort exerted. Flushing red blushing through, Confused not knowing what to do. As night falls upon me, Insecurities rage forth. She is too fine and precious, Too good for a creature like me. Her beauty tosses and turns. Igniting flames within; they burn. I know I will never have her, But her, I will forever want.
