About This Newsletter:
Life is Drama. Whether it is merely a leaky faucet or a torrential downpour, there is Drama at every turn. Words are sacred. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones, in the right order, you can nudge the world a little. ~Tom Stoppard Letter From the Editor: As this is my first Drama Newsletter, I thought it would be nice to get acquainted. I've lived most of my life in Tornado Alley, first in Texas and now Oklahoma. I finally decided last year to put all those years in this part of the country to good use and became a Skywarn storm spotter. I am very involved in the local Citizen's Police Academy Alumni. We are a community service organization that works as an asset to the police department. I've worked traffic at parades, patrolled the mall during the holidays and written handicap parking violations. I currently chair the By-Laws committee. I have to say my favorite part of this organization is the privilege of riding with the officers. That can be a real eye opener! I have so much admiration and respect for what these folks do! My loves and hobbies include watching ice hockey, horses, scrapbooking, reading and, of course, writing. As for Writing.Com, I actually had the site bookmarked for over a year before I finally found my nerve and became a member. Until next month... ![]() Editor's Picks:
