"Reflections of Autumn" The winds of autumn blow brisk and cold. Sunlight plays on the leaves that fall. They dance in my yard all red and gold. Windswept snow will soon come to call! The sap is down in the maple trees. My old dogs' fur grows a bit thicker. Children play in the raked up leaves. A biting wind makes me step quicker! Nature's painted the hills a new face. The greens of summer will fade away. A forest changes to a colorful place. Leaves grow brighter with every day! A chilly walk on frost covered ground. Reflections of autumn in a pond so clear. Leaves underfoot make a crispy sound. Fall is my favorite time of the year! ![]()
