She danced on the labyrinth
Covered in veils, Seven they numbered Like rainbow sails; As she danced each layer Uncovered revealed A different color, A different seal, Until she removed The blue veil, 'twas seventh, Revealing the crown, The moonstone from heaven. The divine sorceress Danced through the night, Until she found peace In the morning light. With fragrance of lavender Floating around, She danced until she fell To the ground At the foot of the altar With seven steps, And there she safely, Peacefully slept; And the seven candles Lifted their light To the Universe All through the night.
