"Nectar" A brilliant red rose and a daffodil, decor in a vase on my window sill. Hummingbird hunts a colorful display, flower to flower, buzz, buzzing away. Hummingbird drinks until he has his fill, as miles of migration takes an iron will. When warm sunshine finds its way up north, life-giving rains are soon to come forth. A whole flowerbed filled with daffodils, a white rose trellis with climbers so still. The Hummingbird hovers from place to place I smile as he flies to the rose in my vase.
