The Angel An Angel whispered in my dreams, silencing my nightly screams. Torturous agony made me distraught running wild, no direction sought. Life seems to be a giant trap, I wander aimlessly without a map. I try so hard to forget the past. I feel alone, just a lonely outcast; The angel knows where we are bound: A brilliant place of light and sound. He'll shelter our long eternal sleep, sweet spring rain on familiar streets. Strange how things never seem fair and how no one really ever cares. Life's a footnote in all of time. Angels know of God the divine.
