From The Chronicles of Death

"Jack"

A serene dark shadow on a foggy street,
Menacing eyes no one wanted to meet,
The rats raced on to their infested homes.
A rage against sanity, crazed, alone!

In the Whitechapel district he had slain,
unsolved mystery of death and bloodstain!
Strangled, to the ground his ladies were laid,
with the flash of a scalpel he plied his trade!

Yet another prostitute lay dead and splayed,
In London, "Jack The Ripper" had his way.
They're still not sure which victim was first?
They all agreed, for blood, he did thirst!

There's theories, legends and stories galore.
Tales of bloody mutilations and gore,
The mystery still to this day remains,
Who was the "Ripper" and what was his name?
