A Pick-Me-Up Poem
When you're down and feeling blue Here's some things for you to do. Sing out loud with the radio Counting numbers as far as you can go. Color a picture for Mom and Dad, Think of good times that you have had. Put Dad's two shoes on your feet Happily dance around to the beat. Get a ball and roll it on the ground. Hug a stuffed animal while spinning round. Look in the mirror and make funny faces. Get two cars, lets go to the races! All these can help when you're sad They make you happy, make you glad. This pick-me-up poem is just for you So that you won't ever be blue! Tammy 3/25/05
