Sauntering too far from the world of love

TOO FAR


You have so broken my heart,
Now it will never beat.
Into my own solitude,
I’ll forever retreat.

No this world is not for me,
It does charm for me lack.
I must tread the lonely path
From where I don’t look back

On that path I shall go till
My step I can’t retrace,
And, hopefully manage to,
One day forget your face.
