Has it Ever Happened to You?
You can's speak anymore, your words are weeping too.

Promises of happiness
Of true everlasting love
Everything more and nothing less

Days of warm sunshine
Of togetherness and beautiful smiles
Bound by simple hopes of mine

A new house on cloud eleven
Paradise is the neighborhood park
Strolled in my bridal dress, often

Was pregnant with sweet dreams
‘Truth about you’ paid a visit
And killed my baby

Just some muffled cries, no screams
My life died before my eyes
The clock has stopped since

Your silly little bored games
With serious consequences
Wreak havoc in my world today

If she’d conquered a year back
What took so long
To set my soul free from misery

No, I can’t speak
For my words are weeping too
What remains of love are cheap, petty lies
