Still working with the title. It doesn't really make as much sence as it did when I first thought of it.

looking at me
looking at you
so many questions
none close
you don’t know me
I don’t know you
standing so close
seeing each other
yet not
neither what we think we are
hiding ourselves
hiding from the hurt
ever constant that wall rises
stronger every day
around my secret hiding place
that garden in my heart
looking at you
I know you have it too
we pretend that it’s not there
that we hold nothing from the other
but my hiding place and yours
forever separate us
I don’t know you
you don’t know me
for this I am truly sorry
