MR. NOBODY

I am Mister Nobody.
I don’t count in the world.
Even my living in the
World is rather awkward.

I don’t have a job or house,
No parents, no girlfriend.
If caught by a cop I don’t
Have ID to defend.

I don’t smoke or drink because
I can’t buy all the stuff.
If someone offers me these,
I can’t thank him enough.

They say I am worthless, I
Believe it must be so.
I have no parents who could
Some worth on me bestow.

I grew in the streets and have
Had no education.
I have no reason to get
Others’ adulation.

They call me a vagabond.
I don’t know what that means.
I think it is the same as
A worthless boy in teens.
