Whispers

The subtle winds are calling me
like a whisper in the night.
They're wanting me to take a look
through the window of delight.
-
Just as water always flowing
ever wet and wild and free.
Tempting winds will ever whistle
through the weeping willow tree.
-
Tempted hearts will always follow
and forever fail the test.
For following the wanting wind
is the thing that they do best.
