If I could give it all
I would give it all to you Would you smile a little? Would your sky grow blue? If I could take your face And paint it on the walls I know it would shine And they would form a line to you I can take my paint Take the deepest blue But the eyes I make Could never match the ones on you I can grab the gold And paint a circle above your head It doesn't matter how bright It will never match your light If I could give it all I would give it all to you Would you even notice? Could you ever have a clue? If I could take your face And paint it on the walls I know it would shine And they would form a line to you If I could give it all I would give it all for you I need your picture I will do all I can do To live As long as you do The colors I lay down Tie up my heart They look so bautiful They look so great But they are not you If I could give it all I would give it all to you But do you already know? What could I ever do? If I could take your face And paint it on the walls I know it would shine And they would form a line To you
