Empty Kiss I found my love on a well worn path. In golden fields, we both did laugh. I loved her so much, even more later. She left me lonely, I can't hate her. Flames of passion burned within. We loved each other, innocent of sin. I can't stop myself from loving her. When I hold her close, my heart does stir. I can't sit and eat and barely sleep. When she has gone I'll softly weep. We'd quenched a thirst both day and night. I'd fallen so hard, in love at first sight. If anyone could please answer this. Why did love end with an empty kiss. ![]()
