My Legacy
How will you be remembered?

Your value is not measured by what you have when you die,
But by the things that you do and the people impacted by your life,
What kind of legacy am I going to leave behind?
Is it just going to be a large bank account, or good memories in peoples minds?
A wise person once told me written word is the voice we often forget we have,
But it is the most impactful voice to make people think, cry, or laugh,
It is a voice looking for a home that can not simply be said,
For it is the only voice that will still resound long after we are dead,
After we are gone it is a piece of us that will stay,
Written in stone, never to be forgotten or to die and wither away.
