An iguana night

The beauty of a stormy night
lingers in the fragrance
of the moisture laden air
where honeysuckle's lit
by sparklers flashing in the clouds
that speak in ancient tongues
we can't decipher. Their clash
of loud opinions wakens us
to the sky of night
and the beauty of the storms.

Note: As was once said by Snoopy: "It was a dark and stormy night". So a short musing on 4 days of flooding, hail, winds and tornadoes.
